The Group Credit Risk division as part of Optus Group Finance has an opportunity for a Reporting Analyst. In the role you'll report to the Strategy and Analytics Manager. Group Credit Risk is responsible for the overall credit management function including Credit risk acquisitions Fraud, Collections and Recoveries for Optus and its subsidiaries. Drive Innovation that Increases Profitable Acquisition across all Optus Channels, Whilst minimizing Bad Debt and Delivering an Excellent Customer Experience with Highly Engaged People!

You may be currently in a similar risk management/reporting role with a background and experience in a credit/collections environment and ready to take on a new challenge. As a Reporting Analyst, you will also have a strong technical background with and a high level of analytical skills to analyze and interpret Teradata SQL. You'll therefore be fully capable and possess strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and the ability to present findings in a logical manner.

Job Description for Reporting Analyst:

• Develop automated and relevant reporting and insights to support decision making and business objectives
• Deliver high quality reporting with accurate and insightful commentary on performance to business objectives and opportunities
• Analyze business results and monitor trends, providing management information and reporting to the senior stakeholders, highlighting business performance issues and opportunities
• Distribute performance reporting across different business units
• Provide analytical support and insights to the team
• Analyze results from projects and other strategic initiatives
• Planning and forecasting financial and non-financial KPI's across the group function
• Responsible for delivery of management reporting across the group function for Optus and its subsidiaries
